Evolve are recruiting for an independent Pharmacy client who are seeking an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to join their team in Ramsgate (CT11). In this role, you'll focus on the accurate and efficient checking of prescriptions behind the scenes, working closely with the Pharmacist and pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

This is a full-time, permanent position working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, and alternate Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays.

Ideal Requirements for the Accuracy Checking Technician
Bring your expertise to the team with an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent qualification) a solid foundation to grow your pharmacy career.
Make an impact from day one by drawing on your previous experience in a pharmacy setting, whether in distance selling or community pharmacy.
Showcase your attention to detail by handling prescriptions and medication orders with the highest level of accuracy and care.
Thrive in a dynamic environment where your strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be highly valued and recognised.

Role Responsibilities for the Accuracy Checking Technician
Play a key role in patient care by accurately dispensing prescription medications under the guidance of our experienced Pharmacists, ensuring safety and compliance at every step.
Deliver exceptional customer support across digital platforms, phone, and email answering questions, providing reassurance, and offering trusted advice that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Leverage cutting-edge pharmacy software to efficiently manage patient information, prescriptions, and orders keeping processes smooth, secure, and patient-focused.
Take ownership of accuracy and detail by maintaining up-to-date records of medication history, prescriptions, and dispensing activities supporting seamless healthcare and building trust with patients.
