What you will do

• Undertake comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, clinical diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with acute and chronic MSK conditions.
• Manage an independent caseload, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including exercise prescription, rehabilitation programmes, and patient self-management strategies.
• Work closely with General Practitioners, Consultants, Orthopaedic Services, Allied Health Professionals, Social Care practitioners, and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care pathways.
• Deliver individual and group-based rehabilitation programmes, including osteoarthritis management and functional exercise interventions.

Person Specification

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised in the UK.
• Evidence of relevant postgraduate MSK training and continuing professional development.
• Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is desirable.

Registration and Compliance

• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Knowledge of NHS Wales clinical governance frameworks and information governance requirements.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities for adults and children.
• Awareness of the Equality Act 2010 and professional standards of practice.
