What you will do
• Clinical Assessment: Assess patients following elective orthopaedic procedures and identify rehabilitation needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalised physiotherapy treatment plans to support recovery and mobility.
• Rehabilitation: Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to optimise patient outcomes and functional independence.
• Multidisciplinary Working: Work collaboratively with orthopaedic consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and wider healthcare teams.
• Patient Education: Provide advice, education, and guidance to patients regarding rehabilitation, exercise programmes, and recovery expectations.
• Progress Monitoring: Review and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with HCPC and organisational standards.
