The successful applicant will work with the Lead for Medicines Management &amp; Patient Services and the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Haematology &amp; Oncology in running an outpatient technician-based medicines optimisation/management service and maintaining the SACT e-Prescribing portfolio. Within the inpatient setting you will be working with the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Cardiac and Surgical services, and play a vital role within the pharmacy inpatient service and discharge planning team. The post holder will have day to day responsibility for various elements within medicines management/optimisation and will support with training and development of trainee technicians/pharmacy assistants.
