What you will do:

  • Serve as the allocated Occupational Therapist for individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
  • Provide preventative support to promote independence.
  • Assess, develop, review, and monitor individual care plans focusing on adaptations, equipment, and moving and handling for independent living.
  • Handle housing needs and have experience with Front Door Service - Duty.
  • Utilize a personal vehicle to visit clients and transport necessary aids and equipment for assessment purposes.
  • Collaborate with the team in accessing peripheral stores for the transport and installation of small aids/equipment.


To be considered for this role, you must be HCPC registered and have access to a car.
