What you will do:
- Assess and treat patients with acute respiratory conditions in both ICU and general respiratory wards.
- Develop and implement effective respiratory care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Take a leadership role in guiding junior staff and supporting their professional growth.
- Engage in patient education and rehabilitation to maximise respiratory health and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and maintain high standards of care.
- Utilise your HCPC registration and strong respiratory therapy skills to make a meaningful impact.
Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification:
- HCPC Registration: You must be HCPC registered to meet the professional standards required for the role.
