What you will do:
- Support anaesthetists during procedures ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Provide top-notch post-operative recovery care to patients ensuring safety and comfort
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative journey to maintain high standards of care
- Maintain clinical standards and accurate documentation to ensure quality and compliance
- Participate in on-call duties as required, providing crucial support when needed
Requirements:
- Be HCPC Registered as an Operating Department Practitioner or RCN Registered Nurse
- Anaesthetic and recovery experience are essential to excel in this role
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills, integral to delivering excellent patient care
- Adopt a flexible and reliable approach to work, adapting to the varying demands of the role
