What you will do:

  • Manage a diverse caseload and deliver personalised occupational therapy interventions within the community.
  • Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies to provide holistic support.
  • Coordinate care under the Care Programme Approach and promote social inclusion for mental health service users.
  • Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and service development activities.
  • Support and mentor colleagues by providing guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide responsive and independent care tailored to the needs of service users.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the community.
