• Engage in strong discharge planning and provide complex rehabilitation for patients post-ICU step down.
• Work autonomously under pressure and manage a varied and challenging caseload.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability by moving seamlessly across different specialisms within the department.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
