Care Sales Lead
Lead a team that helps people find the right care.
Joining us means becoming part of a forward-looking care organisation with a strong, long-term commitment to the success of every home. Supported by substantial, planned investment, we provide the resources and stability needed to deliver high-quality, sustainable care while nurturing thriving communities. This is a field-based leadership role with frequent travel across your assigned portfolio of care homes and line management responsibility for a team of Care Sales Executives.
Residents, families and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in building trusted relationships, continuously improving the way we work, and creating environments where people feel supported to grow and succeed.
As a Care Sales Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving occupancy growth across a portfolio of care homes by leading and developing a high-performing team of Care Sales Executives. Working closely with operational colleagues and key external partners, you'll shape regional sales strategy, strengthen referral networks and ensure every prospective resident and family receives an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
About the role
This is a field-based leadership position responsible for delivering occupancy and admissions growth across an assigned region of care homes. You'll lead, coach and inspire a team of Care Sales Executives, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance and developing their capability to maximise enquiries, conversions and admissions.
Working closely with Home Managers and operational teams, you'll develop local sales and marketing strategies, build strong relationships with referral partners and oversee the quality of every stage of the admissions journey. You'll use occupancy data, pipeline reporting and market insight to drive performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular forecasting and updates to senior leadership.
You'll also play a key role in recruiting, developing and retaining talent within your team while ensuring all activity reflects our values, supports regulatory compliance and promotes ethical, resident-focused sales practices.
About you
You'll be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering commercial results through coaching and developing high-performing teams. Comfortable working across a field-based region, you'll be confident balancing strategic planning with hands-on support, building trusted relationships with colleagues, healthcare professionals and key referral partners.
You'll combine excellent communication and influencing skills with strong commercial awareness, using data and performance insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Organised, resilient and self-motivated, you'll be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting your team to achieve ambitious occupancy goals.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, motivates others to succeed and is committed to making a positive difference for residents, families and colleagues.
