What you'll bring to the role Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! The successful candidate will be a HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic) with a recognised doctoral or equivalent postgraduate qualification in psychology. You will have substantial experience working within adult mental health services, providing psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventions for adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and complex mental health difficulties. Experience in working with individuals presenting with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, or personality difficulties is essential. You should be confident in delivering both individual and group-based interventions and in applying psychological models to support recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centred care.
