What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatments within acute hospital wards to support safe and timely patient discharges into the community.

  • Deliver expert occupational therapy interventions across diverse clinical areas, including Acute Medicine, Emergency Department, Orthopaedics and Surgery, and Frailty Wards.

  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centred and holistic care.

  • Apply your strong clinical reasoning and observational skills to develop and implement effective therapy plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in line with professional standards.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you must be a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for community work.
