What you will do

Provide expert medicines optimisation services, enhancing patient care and achieving excellent outcomes.
Conduct comprehensive medicines information support to healthcare professionals and patients.

Ensure safe, evidence-based practice by applying your extensive clinical knowledge and skills.
Travel between sites as required, with the autonomy that comes with being a car driver.

Responsibilities

You must be a registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Bring your post-registration NHS hospital pharmacy experience to the table, demonstrating your capabilities in medicines optimisation.
