What you will do:

• Provide specialised therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a clinically informed environment for education and care.
• Offer consultation, workshops, and training to educational and residential staff.
• Engage confidently as a guide, leader, and trainer within your area of expertise.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Specialist skills and a proven track record of engaging with children and young people with complex needs.
• Experience in supporting teams around children or young people.
