Job overview This is an exciting opportunity to join an Early Intervention Service for Psychosis, supporting clients with a first episode of psychosis to have a positive experience of mental health services. We are looking for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. The role would include completing OT assessments and interventions at different stages of their journey to support with recovery. Occupational therapy is valued as a core part of the multi-disciplinary team and the post holder will be working in a team with a variety of professionals. As well as occupational therapy activity, you will be involved in delivering core team functions such as initial assessments, dialog + and other group interventions. The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). As a Senior Pharmacy Technician working in Medicines Management, you will be rotating across various specialities, including both outpatient and inpatient settings at both Leaders in Oncology Care and Harley Street sites. The successful applicant will work with the Lead for Medicines Management &amp; Patient Services and the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Haematology &amp; Oncology in running an outpatient technician-based medicines optimisation/management service and maintaining the SACT e-Prescribing portfolio. Within the inpatient setting you will be working with the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Cardiac and Surgical services, and play a vital role within the pharmacy inpatient service and discharge planning team. The post holder will have day to day responsibility for various elements within medicines management/optimisation and will support with training and development of trainee technicians/pharmacy assistants.
