What You Will Do:

Deliver advanced clinical assessments and triage at the mental health Single Point of Access, ensuring a seamless and effective entry into critical services.

Implement brief interventions and provide specialist assessments to steer clear of unnecessary hospital admissions or A&E visits.

Build effective relationships with key agencies-from police to ambulance services-enhancing pathways and broadening support networks.

Promote mental health awareness and contribute to the training and development of acute hospital staff.

Actively engage with service users and their support networks to shape care plans that are safe, compassionate, and evidence-based.
