We work with World Class Surgeons and the latest innovate technology and equipment including Da Vinci Surgical system and have performed over 500 robotic procedure with 2 Davinci robots currently. What you will do In this role, you will deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing a wide range of major orthopaedic surgeries, including hip, knee, and shoulder procedures, as well as replacements and revisions. You'll take responsibility for running theatre lists and setting up theatres, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Your expertise will be vital in preparing and maintaining the sterile field, assisting the surgical team, and safeguarding patient wellbeing throughout the perioperative period. You will also play an important role in mentoring and supporting junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow. Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with colleagues across all areas of the theatre suite, fostering a supportive and cohesive environment that drives team success.
