Provide specialist occupational therapy interventions within an Acute Neuro environment, particularly across medicine and elderly care wards.</li><li>

Apply strong ward-based respiratory skills to carry out thorough assessments and functional prescriptions.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to maximise patient rehabilitation potential.</li><li>
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.</li></ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>

Proven acute clinical experience, particularly in discharge planning within medicine and elderly care.</li><li>
Competent in ward-based respiratory assessment and functional prescription.</li><li>
HCPC registration is essential.</li><li>
Must hold a full driving licence to support home visits and external meetings where required.</li></ul>
