Main Duties:<ul>
<li>Maintain detailed records in accordance with professional standards.</li><li>Apply evidence-based practice and specialised skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.</li><li>Possess strong communication skills for managing difficult conversations.</li><li>Demonstrate conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualised rehabilitation and treatment plans.</li><li>Exhibit advanced skills in patient assessment and manual treatment.</li><li>Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to create specialised rehabilitation management care plans.</li><li>Assess and provide equipment to improve daily living skills for our service users.</li><li>Continuously monitor, review, and reassess clients' rehabilitation plans and objectives against outcome measures.</li><li>Stay at the forefront of your field by exploring new emerging technologies and techniques.</li></ul>
Requirements of the Senior Occupational Therapist:<ul>
<li>A degree in Occupational Therapy or a similar qualification.</li><li>Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).</li><li>Show proof of relevant postgraduate courses and ongoing professional development (CPD).</li><li>Have significant experience working in rehabilitation.</li></ul>
