Spire Bristol Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Radiographer to join our Imaging team on a bank basis.

The Role

Working within our busy Imaging department, you will provide a high standard of diagnostic imaging and patient care, ensuring a safe and positive experience for patients throughout their journey.

Working hrs/days - when booked for shifts will be Monday - Friday 8am-8pm - either long days or hours within those times

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality imaging examinations in line with departmental protocols
  • Assess, plan and deliver safe, effective patient care
  • Exercise sound clinical judgement across a varied and changing caseload
  • Explain procedures and any associated risks to patients
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to departmental policies and procedures
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of the Imaging service
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team

Who we're looking for:
  • HCPC registered Radiographer
  • Recent experience within a diagnostic imaging department
  • Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience within the independent healthcare sector is desirable
