<li>Lead and manage a team of Radiographers, Apprentice Radiographers, and assistants, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the treatment/pre-treatment unit.</li><li>Deliver a timely, efficient, and accurate service to patients as a Band 7 Radiography leader in various specialties such as Treatment, Pre-treatment, Brachytherapy, Quality Assurance, or Training and Education.</li><li>Offer advice, reassurance, and support throughout the patient's care pathway, respecting their dignity and emotional needs.</li><li>Maintain precise records of treatment planning and deliver treatments with both order and logic.</li><li>Display flexibility in your work approach by participating in shift patterns, extended hours, on-call duties, and weekend/Bank Holiday work as needed.</li><li>Ensure you are HCPC registered and ready to bring your expertise to the vibrant setting of Southend.</li></ul>
