<li>Provide accurate dispensing and medicines management services directly on the wards.</li><li>Conduct medicines reconciliation and order medications as necessary.</li><li>Accurately manage discharge medicines (TTOs) to ensure smooth patient transitions.</li><li>Actively support audits such as FP10, oxygen, and medicines security.</li><li>Travel to external sites in Ealing and Hounslow to assist with audit activities.</li><li>Promote clinical governance and audit standards.</li><li>Contribute to service improvements while maintaining exemplary patient care.</li></ul>
 To succeed in this role, you must be GPhC registered and ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
