Detailed job description and main responsibilities Leadership &amp; Governance - Chair monthly MMG meetings and ensure effective governance and decision-making. - Ensure the MMG operates within its Terms of Reference and maintains alignment with Trust-wide safety and quality objectives. - Supports the Chief pharmacist in the provision of quarterly Key Issues Reports and an annual report to the Patient Safety Group.
