Collaborate closely with the wider Pathology Team to uphold service efficiency and laboratory standards.

Participate in shift work following full orientation, adapting to a dynamic and responsive work environment.
</li>

<li>
Apply strong technical and analytical skills to interpret data and produce precise results.
</li>

<li>
Work independently and confidently, authorising results when required and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements:</h3>

HCPC Registration (Health and Care Professions Council).
</li>

<li>
Relevant experience in Haematology and Blood Transfusion.
</li>

<li>
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
</li>

<li>
Driving ability is desirable to ensure flexibility in reaching the lab when needed.
</li>
