What You Will Do:

• Perform analytical testing in Haematology and Blood Transfusion, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with the wider Pathology Team to uphold service efficiency and laboratory standards.

• Participate in shift work following full orientation, adapting to a dynamic and responsive work environment.

• Apply strong technical and analytical skills to interpret data and produce precise results.

• Work independently and confidently, authorising results when required and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration (Health and Care Professions Council).

• Relevant experience in Haematology and Blood Transfusion.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Driving ability is desirable to ensure flexibility in reaching the lab when needed.
