What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, utilising evidence-based, patient-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of occupational therapy services, preparing reports, performing risk assessments, and conducting therapeutic activities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and conduct group sessions to support patient recovery and engagement.
- Engage with multidisciplinary team members and families as part of a comprehensive treatment program.
- Independently manage clinical caseloads and provide expert occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
- Promote equality of outcomes and social inclusion, addressing both physical and mental health needs within therapy sessions.
