We have an exciting opportunity for a Ward Clerk to join our Orthopaedics ward at The Princess Grace Hospital. In this pivotal role, you'll provide a high-quality reception and administrative service, helping the ward run smoothly and ensuring an exceptional experience for patients, visitors, and staff alike.

What you'll do:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues, responding to enquiries to the highest standards
- Manage telephone enquiries efficiently, directing calls as appropriate
- Coordinate bookings for consultant appointments and clinical investigations
- Register patients and accurately input charges into the system
- Offer flexibility by supporting other units when required
- Provide administrative support to the Unit Manager and Sisters
- Organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes
- Previous admin experience within a healthcare setting is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
