Role Information

Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our Finance Function at our Burton Head Office. This is a hybrid work role.

As we continue to grow as a business, we're strengthening our Finance team with the addition of an experienced Credit Controller who will play a vital role in safeguarding our cash flow and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across the business

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned credit control professional who thrives on accountability, problem-solving and building strong customer relationships. Working as part of a high-performing Credit team, you'll take full ownership of diverse portfolios, ensuring timely cash collection and proactive resolution of barriers to payment.

We're looking for someone who can bring immediate impact through:

Strong experience in credit control or sales ledger, ideally in a high-volume or service-driven environment
Proven ability to manage reconciliations, resolve queries, and drive payment outcomes
Confident communication skills, including with senior stakeholders internally and externally
A calm, organised approach, even when working under pressure
High numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent IT and MS Excel capability
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with genuine passion for delivering results
