About the Role
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams across multiple departments, including Outpatients (OPD), Pre-Operative Assessment (POA), Pathology, and Ward. You will help ensure patients receive a smooth and efficient experience throughout their journey with us.

About the Role
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical teams across multiple departments, including Outpatients (OPD), Pre-Operative Assessment (POA), Pathology, and Ward. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and clinicians
- Support and monitor patients during their time in clinic
- Recognise and report any changes in a patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professional
- Assist with the safe movement and handling of patients in accordance with hospital policies
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (or equivalent) in a hospital or clinical setting is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable
- Competency in ECGs, phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, and patient observations is required
