<li>Conduct home assessments and reviews for children requiring occupational therapy services.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend specialist seating and other home equipment to support the needs of young clients.</li><li>Assess the need for and make recommendations concerning major adaptations to improve home accessibility and functionality.</li><li>Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement personalised intervention strategies.</li><li>Ensure all practices are in line with professional standards and maintain the highest quality of care.</li></ul>
 Requirements:<ul>
<li>Must be a registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).</li><li>A valid driver's licence is required for this role to conduct home visits efficiently.</li><li>Proven experience in assessing home adaptations and specialist equipment is essential.</li></ul>
