Location: Camden
Pay: £13.50-£15 per hour
Hours: Full-Time

A well-established and modern dental practice is seeking an organised and professional Dental Receptionist to join the front-of-house team. The practice offers a range of treatments and prides itself on delivering an excellent patient experience.

About the Role:

• Managing the front desk and greeting patients
• Handling calls, emails, and patient enquiries in a professional manner
• Booking and managing appointments using practice software
• Supporting the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Ensuring a high standard of organisation and front-of-house presentation

About You:

• Confident using SOE (EXACT) dental software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability
