Locum Band 7 Sonographer within EPAU/Gynae in Nuneaton UK earning £52 per hour negotiable. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sonographer to join our team on a Full Time/Part Time basis. What you will do:

- Conduct and report Early Pregnancy and Gynaecological ultrasound scans independently
- Manage early pregnancy complications and support patients in sensitive situations
- Work autonomously, using your clinical judgement to identify abnormal findings and escalate appropriately
- Produce accurate ultrasound reports and maintain clinical documentation
- Use imaging IT systems proficiently and ensure high standards of patient care
- Communicate findings clearly and reassure patients, providing professional and sensitive information
- Support and supervise trainee sonographers and junior staff, enhancing team development
- Effectively handle ultrasound workload, including outpatient clinics, emergency referrals, and urgent bookings

Requirements:

- Must hold a recognised Ultrasound qualification such as DCR R, BSc, DMU, PGD, or MSc in relevant fields
- Must be HCPC registered as a Radiographer with relevant ultrasound experience
- Preferably 1–2 years of NHS experience in ultrasound, gynaecology, or Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit EPAU
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage patient care professionally
- Car driver preferred
