What you will do
• Ultrasound Examinations: Perform high-quality non-obstetric ultrasound examinations across multiple sites, including Hallamshire Hospital and Northern General Hospital.
• Diagnostic Reporting: Produce accurate and detailed diagnostic findings to support clinical decision-making.
• Patient Care: Deliver a professional, compassionate, and patient-centred service throughout all examinations.
• Multi-Site Working: Travel between hospital locations as required to support service delivery.
• Shift Flexibility: Work predominantly Monday to Friday with potential weekend shifts where required.
• Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.
• Equipment Utilisation: Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively while adhering to departmental protocols.
• Professional Standards: Maintain compliance with HCPC standards, clinical governance requirements, and best practice guidelines.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Professional Qualification: Postgraduate Diploma in Ultrasound from a CASE-accredite
