Key Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times</li><li>Engaging with residents, ensuring they are adhering to their license conditions. This may include planning activities to engage them with other people, communities, and opportunities</li><li>Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for night colleagues for a seamless service</li><li>Building trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins</li><li>Focusing on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals</li></ul>About You We're looking for someone who has a true passion to help make a difference and contribute to providing safer communities for all. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment, be proactive, and have resilience to challenges. You will thrive working within the team as well as independently, and be comfortable with working with people who have different offending histories. We're looking for someone who can build trust and rapport with others, and has a positive outlook, which can be used to support others. We also look for:<ul><li>Ability to manage own caseload and determine priorities with time management. Able to use own initiative</li><li>Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, ex-offenders, mental health, substance misuse, challenging behaviours or a good understanding of the sector.</li><li>IT Proficiency, ability to learn new software programs, basic Microsoft experience</li><li>Understanding and/or practical application of key legislation regarding social care, housing, criminal justice and mental health</li><li>Cultural awareness, Self-awareness, and ability to identify personal growth areas and take feedback</li><li>Alignment with our values of Ambition, Empowerment, Inclusivity, and Transparency</li></ul>We are interviewing on an ongoing basis so this job role may close early.
