This position involves significant leadership responsibilities, including supporting the ongoing development and growth of the DBT service at Priory Hospital Roehampton. The post holder will ensure program fidelity and team adherence by guiding colleagues across various treatment modes. Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking client progress through outcome measures and liaising with primary therapists to support continuous and successful service improvement. Desirable qualifications include a PGDip in DBT (British Isles DBT training) with a minimum of intensive DBT training from British Isles DBT. Candidates must be EMDR trained (essential) and have a primary background as either a CBT Therapist or an Integrative Therapist.
