About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the dynamic Hand Therapies Team in Croydon. This ongoing role offers a competitive hourly rate of £27.00 and flexible hybrid working, with a minimum of three days per week office-based.

You will play a key role in delivering specialist hand therapy services, utilising your advanced clinical skills to improve functional outcomes and support patients on their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Practice & Treatment

• Deliver specialist physiotherapy interventions within hand therapy

• Assess, diagnose and implement tailored treatment plans

• Design and fabricate custom thermoplastic splints to meet individual patient needs

• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment programmes accordingly

Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, consultants and wider MDT colleagues

• Contribute to case discussions and coordinated care planning

• Support service development and best practice initiatives

Professional Standards & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with clinical governance standards

• Ensure compliance with HCPC regulations and organisational policies

• Engage in reflective practice and continuous service improvement

Community & Outreach
