An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Physiotherapist - MSK Team in Sidcup. This ongoing, full-time position offers up to £31 per hour and the chance to take a leading role within the Adults MSK Service.

Working within a dynamic and supportive team, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership:

  • Supervise, appraise, and provide professional guidance to Bands 2-6 therapy and support staff in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients within the Adults MSK Service.

• Student Support & Education:

  • Coordinate student placements with support from the Lead Clinician.

  • Assist clinical educators with supervision, teaching, and assessment responsibilities.

• Service Development:

  • Support the operational management of the MSK physiotherapy service.

  • Liaise closely with the ESP/Clinical Lead for the Adults MSK team.

  • Lead on specialist projects and service improvements aligned with your expertise.

• Weekend Working:

  • Participate in the weekend working rota to ensure continuity and quality of care.
