<li>Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients within acute wards.</li>

<li>Manage a varied caseload, supporting patients with mobility, rehabilitation, respiratory care, and discharge planning.</li>

<li>Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and discharge coordinators.</li>

<li>Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes.</li>

<li>Provide education and advice to patients, carers, and families to support recovery and prevent deterioration.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with NHS policies and professional standards.</li>

<li>Contribute to service delivery, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety initiatives.</li>

<li>Previous experience working within NHS acute wards is required.</li>
