What you will do

  • Assessment: Conduct timely and comprehensive physiotherapy assessments on Ward 7.
  • Rehabilitation Planning: Develop and implement personalised treatment and exercise programmes.
  • Patient Flow: Support safe and efficient discharge planning and transitions of care.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with hospital and community teams to ensure coordinated care pathways.
  • Outcome Monitoring: Evaluate and review patient progress, adapting interventions as needed.
  • Parallel Planning: Contribute to proactive care planning to optimise recovery outcomes.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HCPC Registration: Must be a registered Physiotherapist.
  • Experience: Previous experience in acute or hospital settings is desirable.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong assessment and rehabilitation planning abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
