What you will do:

Support the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in collaboration with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received, while promoting safe patient care.
Be eager to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
Engage with patients in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner to support their substance misuse recovery journey.
Utilise your excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
Demonstrate good IT skills and IT literacy to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
Thrive in a busy environment, managing tasks efficiently.
Operate unsupervised while adhering to policy and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications required:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
Experience or knowledge of substance misuse.
A non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
Excellent communication skills.
Good IT skills and IT literacy.
Ability to work within a busy environment.
Ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
