<h3>About the Role</h3>
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:<ul>
<li>Deliver person-centred, evidence-based therapy services to children and adults with disabilities</li><li>Manage a paediatric and mixed caseload with varied and complex needs</li><li>Use appropriate assessment tools to develop tailored intervention strategies</li><li>Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, homes, group homes, and via telehealth</li><li>Contribute to the development of professional knowledge and skills within the Speech Pathology profession</li></ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Fully qualified Speech &amp; Language Therapist</li><li>Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult clients</li><li>Knowledge of strengths-based, family, and person-centred approaches</li><li>Ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently</li><li>Understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee-for-service model (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Strong communication skills – written, oral, and listening</li><li>Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Driving Licence</li></ul>
