As Portfolio Lead for Patient Access, you will lead strategic initiatives to streamline patient attraction, enquiry handling, and appointment booking processes across our hospital network whilst also leading key projects to attract partners in terms of consultants and third parties. This role involves optimising digital touch points, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless patient on-boarding experiences that drive both accessibility and operational efficiency. You must have experience in customer journey mapping, digital marketing, or healthcare access management, with strong analytical skills to interpret booking data and patient flow metrics. Knowledge of CRM and CMS systems, online booking platforms, and patient communication technologies is essential, along with experience managing referral pathways and understanding healthcare regulatory requirements around patient access Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Drive the performance and motivate multi-capability teams to deliver continuous improvement and transformational initiatives to time, cost and quality standards. Foster an environment that supports high performance, collaboration, and accountability across diverse skill sets.</li> <li>Ensure the delivery of value through ongoing monitoring and driving plans to optimise outcomes for end users.
