As Portfolio Lead for Patient Access, you will lead strategic initiatives to streamline patient attraction, enquiry handling, and appointment booking processes across our hospital network whilst also leading key projects to attract partners in terms of consultants and third parties. This role involves optimising digital touch points, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless patient on-boarding experiences that drive both accessibility and operational efficiency. You must have experience in customer journey mapping, digital marketing, or healthcare access management, with strong analytical skills to interpret booking data and patient flow metrics.
