ENT Consultant - Relocate to Dubai Purpose of the Role We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance. The role combines clinical excellence with mentorship, education, and continuous improvement in practice. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Deliver comprehensive, ethical, and patient-focused ENT clinical care across all relevant settings</li><li>Identify, assess, and manage clinical risks associated with patient care</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and patient safety protocols</li><li>Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records</li><li>Support professional growth by mentoring and training junior doctors and medical students</li><li>Participate in continuous professional development, keeping up to date with best practices in ENT</li><li>Conduct clinical duties with integrity, accountability, and the highest professional standards</li></ul> Education &amp; Qualifications <ul><li>At least 2 years of Consultant-level experience</li></ul> Recognised ENT Qualifications Ideal candidates must hold specialist credentials including:<ul><li>United Kingdom / Ireland:<ul><li>CCT in Otorhinolaryngology - Head &amp; Neck Surgery (CCT ENT)</li></ul></li><li>United States / Canada:<ul><li>American Board Certification in Otolaryngology - Head &amp; Neck Surgery (USA)</li><li>Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification in Otolaryngology</li></ul></li><li>Australia / New Zealand:<ul><li>Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons - ENT (FRACS ENT)</li></ul></li><li>South Africa:<ul><li>Fellowship of the Colleges of Surgery of South Africa - ENT (FCS ENT [SA])</li></ul></li></ul>Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of post-certification Consultant-level experience Skills &amp; Competencies <ul><li>Ability to mentor, supervise, and train junior medical staff and students</li><li>Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Understanding of clinical audits, quality improvement, and governance processes</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage</li></ul> Remuneration &amp; Benefits <ul><li>Competitive annual salary: €195,000 - €308,000 (~780,000 - 1,232,000 AED) depending on experience and qualifications</li><li>Attractive performance-based bonus structure rewarding clinical excellence and contributions to service development</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package in line with UAE healthcare standards</li></ul>APPLY NOW!+353860853167
