What you will do
• Assessment: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children and young people with disabilities.
• Equipment Provision: Assess, recommend, and review specialist equipment to support independence and safety.
• Adaptations: Provide recommendations and oversee the provision of minor adaptations to meet individual needs.
• Intervention Planning: Develop personalised action and intervention plans designed to maximise independence and minimise risk.
