Provide diagnostic services, advice, and training to clients, families, and fellow professionals.</li><li>
Act as a care coordinator, assessing long-term care needs and negotiating specialist care packages, including budgeting.</li><li>
Implement and follow government and national policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>
Receive direct referrals from clinical services, perform holistic assessments, and deliver tailored intervention plans.</li><li>
Independently manage cases while collaborating with Senior Occupational Therapists when necessary.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul>

HCPC registration is essential.</li><li>
A valid driver’s licence is highly recommended for travel across the island.</li></ul>
