What you will do

• Assess, develop interventions, and monitor patients with complex conditions within your specialist area.

• Provide diagnostic services, advice, and training to clients, families, and fellow professionals.

• Act as a care coordinator, assessing long-term care needs and negotiating specialist care packages, including budgeting.

• Implement and follow government and national policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Receive direct referrals from clinical services, perform holistic assessments, and deliver tailored intervention plans.

• Independently manage cases while collaborating with Senior Occupational Therapists when necessary.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.

• A valid driver’s licence is highly recommended for travel across the island.
