What You Will Do

• Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders in an acute care setting.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide guidance, support, and education to patients and their families regarding communication and swallowing interventions.

• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential.

• Experience in acute adult or paediatric services is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
