Help provide the financial insight that supports outstanding care.

Joining us means becoming part of a forward-looking care organisation with a strong, long-term commitment to the success of every home. Supported by substantial, planned investment, we provide the resources and stability needed to deliver high-quality, sustainable care while nurturing thriving communities. This is a full-time, office-based role based at our Support Office in Darlington, working 40 hours per week and offering the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support homes nationwide.

As a Management Accountant, you'll play an important role in delivering accurate financial reporting and commercial insight across a portfolio of care homes. Working within our Finance team, you'll help operational leaders understand performance, support effective decision-making and ensure the highest standards of financial control and governance.

About the role

Working closely with Home Managers and Area Directors, you'll produce meaningful financial information that helps identify opportunities, manage risks and improve performance across the portfolio.

Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, you'll have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, insightful financial information.

  • Experience preparing income accruals and analysing financial performance across multiple revenue streams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience coaching or supervising junior team members.
