What you will do:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in the Acute Stroke Unit.
• Engage in complex rehabilitation, supporting patients transferred from HASU and Major Trauma Units.
• Plan and coordinate safe and effective patient discharges.
• Work autonomously in high-pressure environments, making timely and effective clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Provide flexible clinical cover across different areas as required.
